Here's how you can join the team!

Follow the simple steps below and hopefully we will be welcoming you to the team very soon.

There are two ways of entering the Flora London Marathon.

1. Through The Flora London Marathon Ballot
2. Through one of our Gold Bond places

1. Entry through The Flora London Marathon Ballot

The ballot closed on Friday 21 October 2005. Flora London Marathon are not taking any more applications for the 2006 race. Ballot results dropped at the beginning of December 2005 therefore, if you applied, you will now know whether you have been accepted into or rejected from the race for 2006.

If you were accepted in the official ballot:

If you were successful in the ballot you can certainly run and support The Stroke Association!

Call us! We would be delighted to welcome you to the team! As you have your own independent place to run we do not ask a minimum sponsorship, but you are still a fully-fledged member of our team and we will be sending you a full running pack to kick off your continued support.

If you were rejected from the official ballot:

The only way to get a place in the event is through a Charity Golden Bond place.

2. Entry through a Stroke Association Gold Bond place

Our hundreds of Gold Bond places have now all been allocated to people looking for a place to run. We were overwhelmed with the calibre of applications and our places were allocated very quickly!

If you were rejected in the official ballot, unfortunately we are unable to help you with a place to run in 2006.
